All of our retreats are held at the Revitalize Physical Therapy Hales Corners clinic. There is a learning space well-equipped with lecture and then a private space for all labs. As part of the retreat, you will also get a complete tour of our space in order to help you implement this program at your clinic.
The clinic is a short 15 minute drive from the airport and about a 5 minute drive to the hotel. There are several restaurants nearby.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport offers several direct flights from various parts of the United States and is only a short 15 minute drive to the retreat location and hotel accommodations. It's a very easy airport to navigate and is often not too crowded! The airport is a major hub for Southwest Airlines but also has various options from all major airlines. Uber and Lyft are readily available for transportation between the airport, hotel and retreat space or there are several rental car options.

This retreat is so much more than just continuing education! You'll also get the business strategy to make it a success along with all the materials needed for seamless implementation to save you time and money! Here's a list of what is included in regular ticket pricing:
Travel and accommodations are NOT included in the pricing. You will need to book a hotel and we have provided the nearest options above. Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport is the closes airport and approximately 10 miles from the location. Some people have choosen to fly into Chicago and drive the additional hour with a rental car. The recommended hotel options are the closest options to our clinic location but transportation will still be needed, either by rental car, Uber or Lyft.
For regular pricing tickets and VIP package tickets, you have the option to pay in full or split it into 3 payments with our payment plan.
After you've completed registration, you will receive an email containing a form for you to fill out. In this form you can specify any dietary restrictions that you have so we can accommodate them for you to the best of our ability.
What should I wear?
Feel free to dress comfortably for the course and lab portion of the day. There is a Welcome Dinner at the end of Day 1 that we recommend upscale casual attire for. You will have time to go back to your hotel and change or you are welcome to use our clinic amenities to change. Also, please note that if you are coming to one of our retreats in the shoulder months, be prepared for colder weather. It is possible for us to still have snow in March and temperatures are around 40 degrees on average.
